Re: Web of Science issues

We’ve been having the occasional spinning wheel leading to a time out with Web of Science. But we’ve also noticed that when exporting records to Endnote there’s another spinning wheel, one that just keeps on spinning and trying to reload the page but never does. The URL bar shows a message about trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources. We also have the most recent stanza in place. I’ve reported all of this to Clarivate but they have been exceedingly slow in responding to my emails. It’s been at least 10 days since I first opened a ticket.

We are receiving a few reports from patrons not being able to connect to Web of Science via EZProxy. Their connections spin and never connect or time out. We are using the latest Stanza and link through https URLs. I myself have had this issue a few weeks ago, then connection was slow, but now it seems to be working.
