Hello Erin, I had a discussion with BizJournals earlier this year, and years prior about authentication. They informed me they don't support proxy authentication. After years of kindly ignoring this statement, I finally gave up and stopped proxying it a few weeks ago. So you're probably wondering if/how remote access works if we don't proxy. Bizjournals was able to set up a generic account (with an institutional email I provided) that we can give to our patrons with discretion. We modified the stanza on OCLC's page to use https. With the modified stanza, we can connect to the bizjournals site. To access any subscriber-only articles, people need to sign in with a personal account. The account creation page includes a Captcha. It displays an "invalid domain for site key" message when people access the registration page through EZproxy. We tried modifying the lines Stephanie Michel shared earlier this year in a question about proxying Google Scholar, but still saw the invalid domain for site key message. We currently have the following stanza: 1344 Option CookiePassThrough 1345 AnonymousURL https://assets.bizjournals.com/* 1346 Title BizJournals (updated 20160511) 1347 URL https://www.bizjournals.com/ 1348 DJ bizjournals.com 1349 Find "//www.bizjournals.com<http://www.bizjournals.com>" 1350 Replace "//^pwww.bizjournals.com^" 1351 AnonymousURL -* 1352 Option Cookie 1353 HJ http://recaptcha.net 1354 HJ https://recaptcha.net 1355 DJ recaptcha.net 1356 Find <script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js 1357 Replace -AddState=captcha 1360 Find -State=captcha 1361 Replace 1362 Find -State=captcha 1363 Replace -RemoveState=captcha 1364 Find <textarea id="g-recaptcha-response" 1365 Replace -AddState=captcha_response Thanks, Erin Erin Wentz Electronic Resources Librarian, Assistant Professor Library and Learning Resources MCPHS University 179 Longwood Avenue | Boston MA 02115 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ________________________________ To unsubscribe from the EZPROXY-L list, click the following link: http://listserv.oclclists.org/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=EZPROXY-L&A=1 ******************************************************************** If you wish to stop receiving messages from EZPROXY-L or otherwise amend your preferences, you can do so here.
