Hi all,

Could someone try to replicate and see if you can get the same error?

1. Go to Proquest Ebook Central, off-campus

2. Search for this title "Self-Care for College Students : From Orientation to Graduation"

3. Click onto the title of the first result

4. Select "Read Online" on the left side

5. Did you get an Alert message saying "Error! There was a problem. Please refresh and try again"

I wonder if this is an ezproxy issue or the lack of "third-party software" which is printed under Availability?
I am able to "Download Book" but not "Read Online" and it happens on this title only, so far.
