While testing access to a Gale OneFile, database "Educator's Reference Complete", I noticed the following error:

"This page isn't working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400"

For testing purposes my computer is out of the campus IP range; I authenticate through our Proxy server. We are locally-hosted and on version 6.2.2 and proxy by port. The Gale InfoTrac database stanza we are using is from 071819 listed on OCLC's database stanzas page.

  * Via Microsoft Edge I was able to access the database, open articles, click on other links, no 400 errors.

  * Via Google Chrome I was able to access the database. However, if I clicked on any links, such as the article title links or "advanced search", I received the above 400 error, even if I reloaded the page.

     * I cleared the cache on Google Chrome but I still experienced the same pattern of being able to open the database interface but 400 errors when clicking links

     * I cleared the cache and cookies on Google Chrome and was able to access the database, open articles, and click on other links without problems.

My questions are 1. have any others experienced the 400 errors while using Gale OneFille databases; 2. are there any known problems on Google Chrome with Gale database internal links (for locally-hosted version 6.2.2 and/or proxy by port EZProxy customers)?

Thank you for any information!
