OCLC EZproxy Database Stanzas web pages blank?

Hi EZproxy community-

I was looking at the Database Stanzas pages on the OCLC EZproxy web site this morning, and they seem to be blank-they don't list any stanzas.    I was looking at both the:

Database Stanzas (most recent):
https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/000_Database_stanzas_recent

Database Stanzas (alphabetical order):
https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas

I have checked these pages in both Chrome and Firefox.

Am I missing something, or looking at the wrong pages?  Or is there a technical issue with these pages?
