Web of Science and Worldbook Online access problem

Hi, everyone,

I have a strange problem: two of our databases, Web of Science and Worldbook online, can't be accessed through proxy server off-campus. When we access them off-campus, we can see first connection goes to proxy server, then the URL change into the database URL without through our EZproxy server.

Does anyone know what is the problem?
