FW: [EZPROXY-L] JAPMA Stanza

Hello,

I’ve been having some trouble getting access to the Journal of the American Podiatric Association through our proxy off-campus. I was wondering if anyone else had anything similar happen to them recently. Nothing in my installation has changed and I wasn’t made aware of any domain changes on their end that might be contributing to the issue.

Also, If you have a working JAPMA stanza, would you mind sharing?

Subject: [EZPROXY-L] Location restrictions for Alexander Street Press

Has anyone run into location restrictions on Alexander Street Press videos (AVON)? We have students who are studying abroad in Chile, and when they try to access a particular movie (“No”, directed by Pablo Larraín), they get the message “We’re sorry, access to this film is not allowed from your location.” It seems to be working here in the United States, from both on and off campus. From the screenshot the students sent me, it seems to be retaining the proxy information. Would ASP even be able to tell that they are in Chile? I put in a ticket with Alexander Street but haven’t heard back yet.
