We don't have "NeverProxy *.cloudfront.net", the author search function didn't work yesterday with the current OCLC stanzas. I have contacted Clarivate support yesterday, many email exchanges. They then said the stanzas we have is not the up to date one. And sent another stanzas in a .txt file to me (I copied here). I compared their stanzas to the OCLC one, only the first line after the Title line is different (HTTPHeader -request -process X-1P-WOS-SID). I tested it out at my end this morning, it is working now for us! Here is the stanzas I am using now. Just to add to the conversation, we are on 6.5.2 and using the WoS stanza suggested by OCLC. We do not have "NeverProxy *.cloudfront.net" in our config file, but have a few instances of other cloudfront.net lines in other stanzas (IEEE, APS Journals Online). I moved the WoS stanza above all of the others stanzas with cloudfront.net in them, but this did not improve functionality. We're using OCLC's stanza that was updated in September. For now I've excluded WoS from proxying on campus to mitigate the problem. If I get time today I'll see if reverting to the August stanza fixes it. I've just updated our stanza to what OCLC posted in September. Author Search now takes us back to Basic Search and we're no longer booted out. I let one user know they could search by author under Advanced Search. We are having a similar problem to the one discussed back in August on this list, but since we are hosted and since there's an IncludeFile for webofknowledge, I would have thought that OCLC would be keeping that stanza up to date. Are other hosted EZProxy sites having issues with Web of Sciece/Knowledge? If so, I'd love to know I'm not alone! In the meantime, I'm going to try the stanza that was posted back in August to see if that works better than the includefile for us.
