Hi Ed,

I test the login to My EBSCOhost via our EDS interface and EBSCOhost database Academic Search Complete, both work through Ezproxy.

We are self-host ezproxy server,  here is the stanzas we are using I updated according to the EBSCO site on 11 Oct 2019. Hope this help.

I've received several complaints from my users, and on the EBSCO EDS-partners listserv as well about problems logging in to "My EBSCOhost."

I've found that if I bypass EZproxy while on campus, I can login to My EBSCOhost. If I go through EZproxy, I see an error mesaage"

A System Problem has Occurred
To begin a new session, please login again.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Has anyone found a solution?

I am using the current OCLC-provided stanza for EBSCOhost.
