Thank you, Kira! Adding *HTTPHeader -request -process X-1P-WOS-SID* fixed our WoS author search as well. FWIW we have anatomy.tv, and that resouce doesn't seem to work properly without the NeverProxy *.cloudfront.net directive in place. I pulled the headers for connecting to Anatomy.tv and there are numerous, like more than 20, cloudfront.net addresses. Not sure if they're session-based or what, but didn't seem feasible to NeverProxy each one.
