Re: RIA Checkpoint With Proxy

Is anyone still having problems with RIA Checkpoint through Ezproxy?

I first tried the OCLC stanza, then tried the one provided below
by Dawn (with our code), but when I try to connect the URL in the
location bar maintains the proxy

https://checkpoint-riag-com.proxy.libraries.rutgers.edu/app/login?lastCpReqId=4abf4a&lkn=loginAllParms&server=18476

But on the right the screen shows

Login
Login Error!

We are unable to connect you directly to Checkpoint. Please try again later or contact your librarian for more information.

Hi all,

I went through troubleshooting this myself recently and I found a solution by modifying the stanza, which I did send to Thomson Reuters.  Clearing cookies (from all time) does work, by the faculty member who brought this to my attention was insistent that we shouldn’t have to ask patrons to do this, so I figured out this alternative solution.



Here’s the modified stanza:

Yes, we’re seeing this Apache error in Checkpoint, too. Has anyone figured out a fix?
