Menu.HTML

Our security folks don't like the menu.html file hanging around on the server.  I tried deleting it and it locked the server.  Was that just a coincidence or is that file necessary for EZ Proxy to run?  Isn't it automatically re-generated at certain events?  (Like a restart or re-install?)
