Dear Colleagues, I was off the listserv for a time between jobs, so I apologize if this question has already been answered. Has anyone been having issues with Wiley? The content works on campus, but not off campus, so I double checked the stanza and our directives in the config file. None of the usual suspects seem obvious, and we had the most recent stanza already. Off campus users aren't even being redirected to authenticate through EZ Proxy when attempting to access Wiley content. The tech support at Wiley is telling me that EZ Proxy is the issue, while OCLC's support is convinced that the issue is on Wiley's side and I'm just sort of stuck in the middle while our students and library staff grow increasingly frustrated. Wiley is the* only *database for whom we're observing this type of behavior. . . Thank you for your collective wisdom!
