Katie,

We have been having intermittent issues with Wiley off campus, with a
variety of error messages, but the most common one is "too many redirects"
which seems to be fixed by the user clearing their cache and cookies. I'd
say that I get an error report from a patron about Wiley off campus at
least weekly, and sometimes 2-3 times a week.
