Change EZproxy SIP request from 23 to 63

Hi EZproxyers,

Toronto Public Library (TPL) needs to change the value of the EZproxy SIP request from 23 (Patron Status Request) to 63 (Patron Information Request) so that we can get more information to control access.

I've checked all the SIP2 & EZproxy documentation, involved our ILS team & opened an OCLC support request. I'm sure it can be done but just can't find the correct config element.

I'd be very grateful for any help offered.

Sent this message on Sep 20, Oct 3, 10, & 25 2019 but it doesn't seem to have been posted on the listserv.

Copied OCLC Support to see if they can figure out what is going wrong.
