Re: Artstor dropped proxy

Hi,

I am having an Artstor problem.

I am using the OCLC stanza https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/Artstor  (though I have already tried the one ArtStor has listed here: https://support.artstor.org/hc/en-us/articles/360021387233)

When trying to download an image I get an Ezproxy error message: (after I have chosen my institution and hit login)

Which is the same scrambled URL that was talked about before. However the HTTPHeader -ignoreGlobal Accept-Encoding is in the right place with the OCLC stanza. When I retried the old ARTstor stanza, I tried it with the HTTPHeader in its original place and then I tried again moving it between the Title and url. No luck.

I have emailed ARTstor but I have a desperate instructor so I am asking here to just in case I can get a fix faster than via the vendor.

Not sure what are these codes used for. Ok, let me check the source and try it out.

Artstor mentioned that they made some changes end of August but I am not sure if the following issue is related?

After you have landed on that page, try clicking on to "What's in Artstor", you will notice that out of all the 4 links, only "Core Collections" is proxied, the other 3 links, "Features", "Public Collections" and "Contribute Content" are not proxied even though they are on the same domain as the first one.



By right, they should be proxied too as the URL is in the stanza. Anyone able to replicate this?
