I am unsure if EZProxy has a built-in way to do this, but if you set up CGI authentication, where the logging-in part is passed off to a script you write, it should be easy:

https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Authenticate_users/EZproxy_authentication_methods/CGI_authentication

and I don't think this applies to your question, but possibly also:
https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Authenticate_users/EZproxy_authentication_methods/External_script_authentication

Once upon a time, many many servers ago, we had an external script set up on our EZProxy server to do LDAP authentication (this was before the product natively supported it).

Subject: [EZPROXY-L] Does any one have multiple login options/page based on IP?

Hi All,

We currently have a situation where we would like to display a login option (for a group) for a specific range of IPs when on-campus but suppress that login option when off-campus.

ex. On-campus the user would see the following three elements based on their IP
1 2 3
but when off-campus they would only see 1 3. They can only see and click 2 on campus but it is not available off-campus.

Does anyone has this kind of set for authenticating users?
