EZproxy and MAC OS (Catalina)

Hello, I've had a report of a patron at our library who upgraded to Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina), and now she is not able to use EZproxy. The error she gets is something about WorldCat not being able to connect (sorry, I'm getting this info second-hand from the service desk staff). She has tried both Chrome and Safari. Has anyone encountered patrons using Catalina not being able to use EZproxy? Thank you, -- Robert J.
