Hi, at the moement we warn (library) users to update to Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina) without checking if there are any 32 bit applications the need futurely. The update to Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina) cause often a lot of tears at the users because Apple do a hard cut and with Catalina NO 32 bit applications work any longer. (A fact the users do not know - they only want to be up to date. ) ONLY 64 bit applications will work on Catalina. Thus old Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc or Endnote plug-ins are not working any more (Did I mentiond the lake of tears?). Users can check their applications by Go64 program from https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/ (download: https://www.stclairsoft.com/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?GO ) before they update. All 32 bit programs the Go64 lists, will not work after an update! Maybe a 32 bit plug-in or antivirus component cause the touble locally.
