EBSCO stanza addition to resolve off-campus Tipasa issue

We were having a problem with the latest EBSCO stanza where off-campus
users could not access Tipasa through our link resolver.  Adding the
following lines to the stanza prevented ezproxy from inserting itself in
front of the Worldcat SSO URL.
NeverProxy *.account.worldcat.org
NeverProxy authn.sd00.worldcat.org
NeverProxy [ <http://cas.sju.edu/>your authentication url]
