Re: blocked proxied url

sounds like the problem from Alan "Google Scholar- Deceptive Site ahead" 
from Okt 2019.

We use this minimal stanza for our config.

RedirectSafe  feedproxy.google.com
Title Schoolar
URL http://scholar.google.de
DJ scholar.google.de
HJ google.de
DJ scholar.google.com
NeverProxy  google.com

Important is "NeverProxy  google.com" - otherwise you get an Rechapta or 
something like this.
