Hi Bob,

Yes I am seeing:

Your request cannot be processed

Description:

Sorry, an error has occurred while processing your request. Please contact our support team to help you.

I can get to IBISWorld directly so it does seem EZproxy related. Updated to stanza https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/IBISWorld as I don't think it's been updated for a while but I get the same error.

Kind regards,

Tracey

Subject: [EZPROXY-L] IBISWorld error

We are currently getting an error for IBISWorld via EZproxy.

Our starting point is https://www.ibisworld.com.au/ It redirects to URLs at:
http://clients1.ibisworld.com.au
https://services.ibisworld.com
then
https://clients1.ibisworld.com.au/signin
where it throws an error instead of processing the login and going to https://my.ibisworld.com/account/login

Anyone else?
