thanks for answering.
Yes, we use ExL Alma/Primo. But we still use MetaLib from ExLibris as database inventory :(. And in MetaLib we don't added proxy prefix to licensed resources. This is more or less a political decision. Since we are still a public university we don't want to redirect non-members to a log in form where they can't log in to.
So whenever possible we try to persuade providers to enable use of the bookmarklet.
But we will migrate database to alma in Q1 2020. Maybe politics are different then :).

Hi Andrea,

We are having a very similar problem. Collection level is fine, but you can only enter at journal level if you have previously been in at collection level and authenticated yourself. I have a case open with Nexis, and they sent me a new stanza, but that hasn't helped. I'll let you know if they can solve it.
We have a very similar problem with Westlaw; are you using the Ex Libris LMS?

we followed the advice and but both stanzas in configuration:

Everything works fine as long as authentication is accomplish prior accessing LexisNexis.com

If delete history and cookies and then try to reload the website with EZproxy bookmarklet, you get caught at sign-in website https://signin.lexisnexis.com.
This is also the behaviour after the expiration of cookie set by LexisNexis.
Any recommendations?
