iRefer stanza at RMIT

Hi folks,
I'm having problems with the (brand new and self-created) iRefer stanza.
Here is what I've got:
Title iRefer
URL https://www.irefer.org.uk/user
DJ irefer.org.uk

The error message I'm getting is:
"An AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally.
Debugging information follows.
Path: /views/ajax
StatusText: error
ResponseText:
ReadyState: 0"

The URL that is failing ends in "/guidelines", not "/user", but the domain is the same and the proxy is sticking.

Is it as simple as creating an extra host? I also thought the "DJ" had fixed it, but apparently not....

Anyone got any ideas?
