IHS Connect & Dealing with spaces in URLs

Hello,

My institution is currently trying to get the new IHS Connect site to work correctly off campus. We've tried working with IHS and OCLC for a working stanza, but with no success thus far.

OCLC believes that the issue revolves around the fact that the site has unencoded spaces in various URLs. For example: https://connect.ihs.com/DataSetBrowser/ShowDataSet?dataset=Economic Data - As Reported
These links work fine when on campus. However, when re-written by our EZproxy server when off campus (e.g.  https://connect-ihs-com.OURPROXY.uits.iu.edu/DataSetBrowser/ShowDataSet?dataset=Economic%20Data%20-%20As%20Reported
We're directed to a (proxy rewritten) "page not found" error on the Connect site.

The latest stanza that they've provided (which still results in the same problem) is:

T Connect
U https://my.ihs.com/Connect?callingUrl=https%3a%2f%2fconnect.ihs.com
HJ my.ihs.com
HJ connect.ihs.com
HJ connectproxy.ihs.com
HJ connectfiles.ihs.com
DJ my.ihs.com
Find "RedirectUrl":"https://connect.ihs.com
Replace "RedirectUrl":"https://^Sconnect.ihs.com^

Is there anyone else who's successfully proxied IHS Connect that might be willing to share your stanza? And if not, is there any general directives that can be added to a stanza to account for encoding issues for spaces? We've asked IHS about this practice on their site, but they haven't addressed it in their correspondence.
