So I am trying to put our ezproxy behind a Load balancer. We have two nodes, and have the following config for each: LoginPort -virtual 80 LoginPortSSL -virtual 443 LoginPort 8080 LoginPortSSL -http 8081 The LB is offloading https->http to port 8081. Non http traffic is going to port 8080. I can get each separate exproxy node to work just fine, but as soon as I have both running at the same time, all hell breaks loose. I am getting 'to many redirects, as soon as I try to access resources. I am guessing that this is because Ezproxy must make redirects to itself, and has no way of knowing which session it came from, and so is bouncing around. I actually tried this config: LBPeer -host=ezprtstap21.int.its.rmit.edu.au -http=8080 tstezpalum1 LBPeer -host=ezprtstap21.int.its.rmit.edu.au -https=8081 tstezpalum2 LBPeer -host=ezprtstap22.int.its.rmit.edu.au -http=8080 tstezpalum3 LBPeer -host=ezprtstap22.int.its.rmit.edu.au -http=8081 tstezpalum4 But it doesn't appear to do anything. Has anyone gotten their Ezproxy environment working behind a LB with multiple nodes? - Tim O'Connor (Senior Developer), Learning Teaching and Research Solutions Centre. ******************************************************************** If you wish to stop receiving messages from EZPROXY-L or otherwise amend your preferences, you can do so here.
