Hi Charlie,

We have the same report downloading issue here, and I have reported the issue to our rep and now waiting for reply.

I did notice yesterday, we can right click on the report format (eg. PDF) and open the full report on a new tab.

Hi All,

IBISWorld is moving to a new platform next week. I tried to update the stanza from the OCLC site to the following by adding two lines for the new platform – see red section below).

The new platform seems to be working with the proxy except I’m not able to download PDF or Excel files of the reports. The wheel keeps spinning around but nothing downloads.

Has anyone else noticed this and, if so, found a way to solve this problem?
