MedDRA account-based login

Our licensing team recently set up an account for MEDDRA, with this URL:
                https://tools.meddra.org/wbb/

That page has form to enter credentials, and this is the first time I've been asked to configure login using username and password. Is this a case for a URL Version 3 directive?

I've experimented with that form, as well as version 1, but haven't found the right combination to make it work?

This request raises two questions in my mind:

1.       Has anyone configured MEDDRA using shared account credentials for the entire campus?

2.       For the general case in which you need to configure a shared account, have you done it by parsing the html form, or is it always (usually?) necessary to get specific details from the vendor?

Our licensing team is following up with MEDDRA, but I decided to ask this community about your experience to help me understand EZproxy better.
