New PubMed

Hi All,

Our LinkOut Tool button for the new PubMed is not displayed. 

We use the stanza from OCLC site:
https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/Database_stanzas/PubMed 

NLM LinkOut tech support suggested that I change the base URL from
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed to
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov?otool=[our_otool_code] on our proxy stanza.

My question: do I need to change the ProxyHostnameEdit section of the stanza
as well (ie. replacing www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov with pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) to
accommodate the change?
What about the AnonymousURL section?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
