Haaretz (English version) does not seem to recognize the IP address of proxy server

Hello,

We subscribe to Haaretz newspaper (both English and Hebrew version) and
they're set to recognize our institution's IP addresses. Somehow, the
English version does not recognize the IP address of our proxy server, even
though their IP address is part of the IP address range that we supplied to
them. 

The clue: when we access the English version directly, we could read the
content just fine, but when it's accessed via proxy, we get a "subscribe"
button. 

Access to Haaretz Hebrew version works just fine via proxy. 

So, I'm wondering if there's something on the proxy setting itself that
needs to be adjusted. Has anybody dealt with this?
