Gallup Analytics Configuration

EZproxy Community,

I was curious if anyone has a working configuration stanza for Gallup Analytics? I was able to find a previous message from last year http://listserv.oclclists.org/scripts/wa.exe?A2=ind1812&L=EZPROXY-L&P=R7240&1=EZPROXY-L&9=A&J=on&X=D640574A5915E5899A&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4 but that configuration does not work.
