Factiva reverting from hyphens to dots causing certificate warning

Our Factiva access is reverting from the hyphenated https://global-factiva-c=
om.ezproxy.... to the dotted https://global.factiva.com.ezproxy.... which ca=
uses a warning because the multi-level global.factiva.com does not match the=
 single-level wildcard that the cert is for.

We are using stanza:
