My gre score is 1190(Q-690,V-500).
I m applying to following universities for CS
1)Univ of Texas,Dallas
2)Santa Clara Univ
3)Univ of Houston,Main Campus
4)Univ of North Texas, Denton
5)Portland State Univ.

But my TOEFL got postponed bcoz of technical issues with the testin center its on 16 dec now. so should i send my applications now n then send toefl score do univs allow this.
