(GRE Success! ) Kings college: Help Needed

Dear All, 

I don't know if it is the right place for asking this...but I am very confused about the university selection. 
I have got an acceptance in "TELECOM BRETAGNE" with a scholarship and hence my total fee is 7000 Euros (5 lacks approx) and I am also admitted to "KING'S COLLEGE LONDON" where the fee is around 19100 Pound (15 lacs approx). 

Please suggest me what should I do???
