Both your questions are quite broad. It is hard to come up with a list of
schools you can apply to. Some other groups may give you such lists; we
recommend you do the search and believe we are better equipped to guide you
in picking from a broader list your search brings about.

One good place to start looking for graduate schools is the US News
ranking. Have you already done this?
