Hello Akshay,

I have been inordinately busy the last few weeks, so I would like to
apologize for the much delayed response. I was wondering if you could just
use the Rutgers i-20, get in and transfer after a semester/quarter.

At what stage is your visa interview process?

Sincerely,

Srihari
