I was reading a news in Guardian news-media website, I came across this article which has little flaw in it -- which is of course not something that significant, but still has to be taken care of. 

The paragraph reads something like this: 

He added: "And so, to those brave people. I thank President Correa for the courage ha has shown in considering and granting me political asylum.

Can you find what's wrong with this sentence?
