You will need to submit whatever transcripts you have by June. It is too
close to many deadlines, but you can pull it off with effort.

Transcripts can be obtained any time, you will have to check with your
University/College on procedures and such. Some take a very, very long
time, so get started asap.

Have you considered working for a year or two before applying?
