Hello Everyone, I have been a big fan of the Harry Potter for various reasons, but one of the most intriguing reasons is that J.K.Rowling goes well beyond just staying very true to various myths and legends, in that she is able to mold English, and her various feed-in languages like a master artist molds clay. If you are in the beginning stages of learning English (beyond the mistake prone, essential communications), HP is a great place to start. Read the answer from Sandhya Ramesh on this question: http://www.quora.com/What-are-the-best-puns-word-play-in-the-Harry-Potter-series And don't forget to go after the unstoppable P.G. Wodehouse, the erstwhile Douglas Adams and the severally talented Charles Dickens, or Jane Austen, who wrote tomes just based on one or two adjectives or nouns! Enjoy!
