This is not the time for the Eastern sense of humility :). For schools like Stanford and MIT, we need to know more. You should also contact the schools and ask if they will take your scores. Most should, and as such, it would be a good way to see the reasoning any provide to not accept your scores and judge if they are good schools to begin with. I would not recommend USC even to my enemies. Please do not apply and waste your time, money and energy going there.
