Some schools might be in the process of delivering admissions in short course. Secondly, with a 350 in the verbal, I would strongly recommend you re-take the GRE. You don't want one test score to push your career changing courses into schools that don't really add up. I made a brief glance at your list and most of these schools are not exactly preferable/desirable for graduate study when you factor in the visa, fees and such.
