Re: (GRE Success! ) Simple Sentence Correction Exercise

The sentence, as it is presented, seems incorrect.  I feel one of
these two forms should be used:

[1] "Why Rani Mukerji Is Rumoured To Be Pregnant" (no question mark at the end)

[2] "Why Is Rani Mukerji Rumoured To Be Pregnant?" (words re-ordered)

Sentence [1] is preferred when the article that follows aims to
explain why there are rumours floating around about the person's
pregnancy (whether the emphasis is on that there are rumours or if
they are pregnant is unclear with just the title, but that is a
different matter).

Sentence [2] is preferred when the article that follows expresses some
form of bewilderment as to why the rumours exist, or if there is no
article, and if it is just a question as to why in the heck everyone
is spreading rumours about something.

I Also Think That Capitalizing Every Word Is Unnecessary, Even For A Title.
