RE: On internet hoaxes and democratic education

Apparently, I am the one who should apologize.
I didn't mean for Tamara, or any one else, to feel personally 
criticized. I may have been somewhat irritated, but my intention was to 
raise and issue which, IMHO, regards democracy and electronic 
communication - and hence is a relevant topic for a mailing list of 
democratic schools.

We have never actually conducted any discussion on what kind of content 
we see as appropriate for this list and what not. Perhaps some people 
expect this list to serve strictly for sharing information and 
soliciting activist help. In that case, my posting should not have been 
sent. Others may see this also as a platform for views and opinions, in 
which case I think it does fit.
