Viruses and More on Lists

Dear List Members
I know that some list members have concerns about getting viruses that have
been circulated. Due to the virus problem about a year ago all emails with
attachments were prohibited, therefore if you're posting to the lists please
send it is a text message.
Also I know some people have received messages from my email address with a
virus attached. I would urge you if you receive any message with me
containing an attachment to delete it as it probably wasn't sent from me,
but instead a virus took my address out of some one elses address book that
contained my address.
Of course the best protection is an up to date virus program.
