Eligibility Criteria The applicant must be: a citizen of the NIS living and working in the NIS and must be either an invited speaker in a conference or a young scientist no older than 35 years at the date of the conference. Application procedure To apply, young scientists must apply directly to the ESF by using the standard electronic application form <www.esf.org/db/eurescoaf.idc?> on the European Science Foundation's website. On this form you can express your wish for INTAS funding. The Association might support the following costs: travel costs and local costs (i.e. the most favorable registration fee which also includes accommodation and subsistence), those costs are paid directly to the scientists by the ESF.
