Human Rights Film Festival in Warsaw

Dear friends,

Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights is planning to organize the second
edition of Human Rights in Film - International Film Festival in Warsaw,
December 10-15, 2002.  The festival is a public education event aimed at
promoting human rights issues during which films will be shown within
program blocks accompanied by discussions with human rights experts and
filmmakers.

The selection of the films to be screened will be made based on their
artistic value as well as their human rights-related content.

If you have, or know of, any films that you would like to have considered
by our Selection Committee for screening (old or new, documentary or
fiction, short or long, even animated ...) please see our website
www.hfhrpol.waw.pl for entry form and terms of agreement.

Particularly welcome are films from and about Central and Eastern Europe
and Central Asia.

The deadline for submission of preview versions is August 31, 2002.
