Call for nominations of human rights defenders
The Martin Ennals Foundation, based in Switzerland, invites
nominations for its 2003 Award for Human Rights Defenders. The Award
is granted annually in recognition of commitment and ongoing work in
the defense and promotion of human rights.  The Award is meant to
encourage and protect those working for human rights in hostile
conditions.
