Dear Friends, I am glad to inform you that the Galillee College, Israel will conduct the 3-week trainng programme on Envirfonmental Managmeent on Oct. 9 - 28, 2002. This is an advanced programme headed by Dr. Ofer Dressler, a world wide known expert on recycling. The College will be able to grant a few scholarships that will cover tuition. Eligible candidates must hold at least BA or BsC degree, be fluent in English and be citizens of a Developing Country (that is, African, East European or Asian countries).
