ISSUE REGARDING POLICY OF KARACHI UNIVERSITY

Dear Sir,
   
                      
              ItÂs very hard to understand that why public sector universities are making their policies similar like private sectors universities.
   
  I m seeking to get admission in University of Karachi for MS Computer Science, but according to KUÂs Policy that Only those students are allowed to get admission in Ku who have done their BS or MCS from Karachi University.
   
  And for Graduation they have poor policy which is mentioned below.

  Category A        Applicants who passed their prerequisite examination from Karachi Board. Also those who passed their prerequisite examination from the Federal Board provided that the college where studied is located in Karachi. 
Category B        Applicants who passed their pre-requisite examination form any Board located in any where in the Province of Sindh excluding Karachi. 
Category C        Applicants who passed their prerequisite examination from Pakistan or foreign Board/teaching Institution excluding those located in the Province of Sindh. 
   
  ItÂs not fare that we canÂt get admission in Karachi University, because we have not done our Matriculation and Intermediate exams from Karachi/Karachi Board.
   
  There should be some seats on merit for those students who have done their previous degree from other universities.
   
  Kindly think about this issue, and support to all students who are willing to get admission in some public sectors.

  Simply this issue indicating that Karachi University is serving only to Students of Karachi Board.
