Survey Regarding Job Hunting and Market Scope for IT-Proffesionals.

  As I have received large numbers of queries regarding scope of Virtual University and career planning, well according to market survey we have seen that new universities have no scope until 2/3 batches will not pass out, till you students have only way to leading market that is your grades and your personal skills and regarding your field.
   
  There are couples of drawbacks for job hunting.
   
    
   Poor Grade. (Below 2.5 CGPA)  
   Lack of Skills Related to degree (Computer Science students should be all-rounder in all computer related field such as Programming, Networking, Database etc.  
   No Experience (Experience before minimum qualification, shall not be count in all most areas due to post qualification experience requirements), but Fresh Graduates may get advantage of Experience by doing some necessary courses which is mentioned at bottom.  
   Lack of confidence and communication skills  
   Lack of practical approach to understanding any new firm quickly before avail to interview opportunity. 
   
  Mostly students facing unemployment problem especially those who earned below 2.5 CGPA and those who have good CGPA but no particle skills no confidence make lead-out them from market. 
   
  Virtual University doesn’t providing these important facilities which is too necessary for every student.
   
    
   No Communication / Presentations.   
   No Practical lab works.   
   No workshop/Firm Visits.   
   No Internship opportunity kept mandatory within degree.  
   No Teachers / students interactions.  
   No Teachers / Parents Meetings.
   
  So you all students you improve these skills yourself, because without these you won’t get any suitable position in market.

For Software Developer.             Dot Net for Windows Dev.          Sun Java for Java Dev.
  For Database Admin.                  SQL with basic               Oracle 10i for Advance
  For Networking.                         CCNA (Security or Routine)   MCSA , or MCSE
For Web Developer                     ASP, JavaScript, PHP
For Graphics Designer                 Flash, Photoshop
   
  LINUX SA1, SA2, SA3 is beneficent for all Computer Related students, because Windows OS is not used frequently at every firm /organization, everywhere you will see Linux platform.
   
  For Students of Karachi may consult me to for appropriate institutions for these courses, because mostly private institutions offering these course only for earning money, so
be-careful to choose best institutions.
